Book: Hard-Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World
Author: Haruki Murakami
Edition: First edition (June 15, 1985), in Japanese
Condition: Fine, with box and publisher's wraparound band, as issued, and publisher's promotional material laid in.

I have sold several copies of this, and do not currently have one in stock, but if you e-mail me I may be able to get hold of it. A copy in similar condition would be priced at around $175.







2. Dance Dance Dance in English, with obi


    







This is the first printing, in English, of Haruki Murakami's Dance Dance Dance. It is a fine copy, with an unusual bonus - the scarce  obi (= publisher's wraparound band), issued only with copies distributed in Japan. Since the Japanese edition was issued without a wraparound band, a copy of this book with a band is quite a collectors' piece!

As the pictures show, the book and dust jacket are in fine condition. There is some wear to the wraparound band, which has small chips and tears (please check the close-up pictures), but it hardly matters, since you are unlikely to see another one.
